1. Agreement to Terms
Using www.eporichoy.com or subdomains means you accept these Terms. If using on behalf of a company, you confirm authority to bind that company.
2. Our Services
(a) Digital business card creation/hosting; (b) custom QR code generation; (c) web design & development; (d) graphic design. Some features rely on third‑party vendors (hosting, analytics, payments).
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be of legal age (or have verified consent where permitted). You are responsible for credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payments
Quotes/scope upfront; taxes may apply. Payments through third‑party processors (we don't store full card numbers). Deposits/staged invoices may apply. Late payments may pause access/deliverables.
5. Revisions & Delivery
Deliverables and included revision rounds appear in your quote/SOW. Extra revisions/scope changes require change orders/fees. Timelines are estimates.
6. User Content & License
You own your content; you grant us a non‑exclusive worldwide license to host/process/display it only to provide the Services or as you permit. You warrant rights and non‑infringement.
7. Acceptable Use
No unlawful/abusive/deceptive/obscene/infringing content; no malware; no interference or scraping at scale; no security bypass. See AUP.
8. Intellectual Property
We own site/code/templates/designs and licenses. Do not copy/modify/reverse‑engineer or create derivatives except as expressly allowed.
9. Third‑Party Services
We aren't responsible for availability/performance of third‑party services. Their terms may apply.
10. Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's confidential information and uses it only for these Terms.
11. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." No implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non‑infringement. No guarantee of uninterrupted/error‑free service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted, no indirect/special/consequential/punitive damages or lost profits/data/goodwill. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us for claims arising from your content, your breach, or unlawful use.
14. Termination
We may suspend/terminate for breach or suspected misuse. You may terminate anytime (fees due still apply). Surviving clauses continue.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
Bangladesh law; exclusive courts in Dhaka, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Consumer mandatory rights remain unaffected.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update Terms; continued use means acceptance. Material changes notified where required.
